At Beyond Birth the Fourth Trimester, we believe that no mother should walk the journey of motherhood alone. Our mission is simple but powerful: to help mothers in the New Orleans area build the village they need to thrive — emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Motherhood doesn’t come with a manual, but it should come with a community. Too often, new moms face this life-changing chapter without the support, resources, or connection they deserve. Beyond Birth steps in to fill that gap — offering judgment-free spaces, trusted resources, and meaningful connection for mothers from all walks of life.

Your donation helps us:

  • Keep Community Stroll free an accessible to every postpartum mama & family year round.

  • Bring trusted professionals to our mamas, mental health, lactation, pelvic floor, and more.

  • Fund our Night Doula Access program so no mother or families face the night alone.

  • Provide hydration, snacks, and a soft place to land at every event.

  • Build a village where every mother feels seen, heard, and supported.

  • Expand programming so the fourth trimester has a real recovery system behind it.
